General Returns

You may return any product purchased on arclineusa.com within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all accessories and manuals included.

Return Process

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase, and will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team at support@arclineusa.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the original item. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the item, we will process a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
