Limited Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty on all of our products that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, customers may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide proof of purchase. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when returning the product to us.
Upon receipt of the product, we will evaluate the defect and determine whether it is covered by the warranty. If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a refund or credit towards a future purchase.
Exclusions and Limitations
