Orders are securely packed in vinyl-specific mailers with corner protection and padding, with a 98% safe delivery success rate. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Same-day shipping may be available for Express orders with prior email notice if your order is urgent. We do not process or ship on weekends.

For international orders, we offer Standard delivery via Asendia (7–21 business days) or DHL Express (3–5 business days, DDU option). Import duties/VAT may not be included — please review DDP/DDU options at checkout.

If your order includes preorder or backorder items, the full order ships once all items are in stock based on the estimated date shown on the product page. To receive available items sooner, please place a separate order.

Until your order ships, you can cancel or remove an item by logging into your account and submitting a request there. For address or shipping changes, contact support@arclineusa.com — we'll reply within 24 hours.

We offer a 30-day return guarantee for items in original condition. To start a return, log into your account and submit a return request there, or email support@arclineusa.com with your order number. Refunds are issued after the item is received.
