Our Story

{ our story }

Every moment deserves a soundtrack

Every collector deserves a shop they can trust. We're an independent vinyl store run by people who collect this stuff — official video game, anime, film & TV, and Japanese music. Chosen with care, shipped from Nashville, TN by a team that answers when you reach out.

{ who we are }

Who we are

Arcline started with a simple idea: the music behind your favorite games, shows, and films shouldn't be hard to find on vinyl — and you shouldn't have to guess whether a pressing is legitimate. Too many soundtracks collectors love are scattered across labels, pre-orders, imports, and resale markets where authenticity isn't always clear.

We built Arcline as a specialty shop, not a general record store — independently operated in Nashville, TN by people who collect this music. When you reach out, you're talking to someone who cares whether your pressing arrives clean and whether that pre-order date changed.

{ what we specialize in }

What we specialize in

Four categories we go deep on — the soundtracks and Japanese releases that are hardest to find elsewhere.

Video game music vinyl

Official soundtracks and scores from the games you play — indie favorites, major franchises, limited pressings, and label exclusives. The music from the title screen to the end credits, on vinyl from legitimate sources.

Shop VGM

Anime music vinyl

Openings, endings, image albums, and full OSTs — Japanese imports and licensed U.S. pressings from labels and rights holders. The series you follow, the composers you admire, pressed properly.

Shop Anime

Film & TV soundtrack vinyl

Licensed scores and soundtracks from film and television — modern hits, cult classics, and composer-led editions. Pressings with traceable rights, not grey-market copies with no paper trail.

Shop Film & TV

Japanese music vinyl

Japanese artists and releases beyond anime — city pop, jazz, electronic, and imports you won't find at a general record shop. Authentic pressings from sources we stand behind.

What sets Arcline apart

How we're different from general record shops, gear retailers, and marketplace sellers.

Soundtracks & Japanese vinyl — our whole catalog

Most large U.S. record shops span rock, indie, electronic, and more — many sell turntables and gear too. Arcline carries only video game, anime, film & TV, and Japanese music.

One store, official supply chain

We sell through a single shop with a single sourcing model — legitimate distributors and labels. Not a marketplace where authenticity depends on which seller listed the record.

Pre-orders and limits, defined upfront

In stock, pre-order, and backorder mean specific things on our site — backorder only when stock is secured and inbound. Limited titles: 3 copies per customer under our Fair Purchase Policy.

U.S. business, not drop-ship

Arcline is based in Nashville, Tennessee — orders fulfilled by us, not an overseas drop-shipper. Insured shipping at checkout. Manufacturing defects covered under our 60-day warranty.

Pre-orders, limits, shipping, and returns — see our FAQ.

{ why collectors choose us }

Why collectors choose us

The standards we hold on every order.

Official & licensed only

Every release we sell is officially licensed. We do not sell counterfeits or bootlegs — royalties reach artists and rights holders.

Packed for vinyl

Records ship in vinyl mailers with corner protection — packed the way we'd want our own pressings packed.

Collector-friendly policies

Fair purchase limits and clear pre-order rules — designed to keep limited pressings with collectors, not scalpers.

Real support from people who get it

Questions about a pressing, pre-order, or restock? You'll get a thoughtful reply from someone who knows the catalog — not a script.

Depth you can actually browse

Four categories, one focus — no digging through unrelated genres to find the soundtrack you came for.

Independent & collector-run

A small shop built around music we genuinely love — no corporate call center behind the logo. When something matters to your order, it matters to us.
