{ our story }

Arcline — dedicated specialty shop for official soundtrack and Japanese vinyl.

Online-only, based in Nashville, TN — run by people who collect this music too.

{ why we exist }

We built the shop we needed as collectors

In the U.S., official video game, anime, film & TV, and Japanese music vinyl has never had one clear home. It shows up on separate label sites, through import sellers, or in small pockets of general record stores — which cost us extra checkouts, extra shipping, and longer waits on every piece of the collection.

So we put all our favorite music in one U.S.-based shop and one catalog instead — browse it in one place, buy it in one cart, track it in one order, and add to your collection without a new seller, a new bill, and a new wait every time.

Four categories — all we focus on

Everything in the shop fits one of these four — no rock section, no turntables, no filler genres.

Video Game Music

Every vinyl release tied to a game you play — indie titles, AAA franchises, limited runs, and small drops you usually have to track down on a label site.

Shop Collection

Anime Music

Openings, character albums, image albums, and full soundtracks — Japanese pressings and U.S. releases, not one narrow slice of anime music.

Shop Collection

Film & TV Soundtracks

Licensed scores and soundtracks from film and television — modern hits, cult classics, and composer-led editions.

Shop Collection

Japanese Music

City pop, jazz, electronic, and imports beyond anime — pressings sourced from labels and distributors we work with.

{ how we differ }

Not your average record store

General shops, marketplaces, and label sites — four things we do that they don't.

01

Depth in one niche, not a soundtrack corner

General record stores carry a little of everything — soundtracks and Japanese vinyl usually sit in a small corner, if they're there at all. We built the whole shop around this music only, so the catalog goes deeper in every category.

02

One shop behind every title

You're not buying from a random seller on a marketplace — every record comes through Arcline, from distributors and labels we work with directly. Same standard on every order, not whoever listed it that week.

03

Accurate pre-order, backorder, and ship dates

Every listing shows a real status — in stock, pre-order, or backorder — and ship windows tied to what we actually know from labels and distributors. We don't list titles we can't get. Pre-orders cancel only if the label kills the release; otherwise, your order is guaranteed. Limited releases are protected from scalpers under our Fair Purchase Policy.

04

Your order stays flexible

If a ship date moves, we tell you early — so you can combine orders, split a shipment, change shipping, cancel a pre-order, or get a refund before it becomes a problem. Waiting on a release takes time; your situation can change in that window. We don't lock you into an order you no longer want.

What we stand by

What we do on every order — no exceptions.

  • Official titles, fair prices

    We carry officially licensed music only — new, official pressings only, never used or grey-market bootleg. We price fairly against what these releases actually cost to source, not what the hype would let us charge.

  • Protective mailers, secure packing

    Every order goes out in vinyl-ready packaging — stiff mailers, protected corners, records secured so they don't shift in transit. We pack every order the way we'd want our own to arrive.

  • Fast processing, no long waits

    We aim to ship every in-stock product within 1–3 business days — not leave it in a queue for weeks before it gets picked and packed. You already waited on the release; fulfillment shouldn't add another long wait on top.

  • A reply within 24 hours, every time

    Email us about a pressing, a delay, or a problem with your order — someone on our team writes back within 24 hours. Not a bot, not a script. When something goes wrong, we're on your side — not looking for the easiest way out for us.
