Shipping policy
Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. In general, our processing time is 1-2 business days (sometimes a bit longer during peak periods). Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or most national holidays.
Until your order ships, you have full control from your account - you can edit, update, or cancel anytime. Once the order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Shipping Methods & Rates (USA Only): We currently ship only within the United States (continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Below are our shipping options and costs. All shipping methods include tracking service:
Economy(USPS Media Mail)
Media Mail is a budget-friendly shipping option for eligible media items (like vinyl records). While we’re happy to offer this low-cost method, please note that Media Mail comes with important limitations. Delivery times can vary widely (typically 2–8 business days, but sometimes longer), and Media Mail does not include insurance and offers only limited tracking updates. This means that if a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit via Media Mail, Arcline Store may not be able to provide a refund or replacement for the items. We want to be transparent about this trade-off. If you need faster delivery or added protection for your order, we strongly recommend choosing an expedited, insured shipping service (for example, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground) at checkout. Upgrading will ensure quicker transit times and built-in insurance, giving you peace of mind for your shipment.
Note: shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories may take up to 2-4 weeks.
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (we waive the fee if your order total exceeds $100). International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Note: Media Mail is a cost-effective choice but has the slowest transit time and lower-priority handling. It’s best for non-urgent shipments, and customers should be aware that tracking may not always be real-time and delays can occur.
Standard Ground(USPS Ground Advantage)
This option offers reliable ground shipping via USPS with similar delivery windows to Media Mail but with improved consistency. Expected delivery is around 4–7 business days nationwide.
This is a good balance of speed and cost for those who want a bit faster and more secure shipping than Media Mail offers. (USPS Ground Advantage is known for being an affordable yet reliable service)
Standard Ground(UPS Ground)
We offer UPS Ground for a faster and highly reliable ground delivery. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days to most U.S. destinations, with detailed tracking updates. UPS Ground is known for its careful handling and more predictable transit times, making it ideal for heavier orders or customers who desire a higher level of service.
Note: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so please use a street address for this option.
Express(UPS 2nd Day Air)
For the fastest delivery, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air service. Delivery will typically occur within 2 business days (1–2 days transit time) anywhere in the continental USA. This service includes full tracking and is ideal for urgent orders that need minimal transit time.
Note: “2nd Day Air” means the package will arrive by the end of the second business day after it ships (processing time is separate). If you place an order before 10 AM on a business day, it will usually ship that day and arrive within two days after shipment.
Packaging and Handling: We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Vinyl records are packed in specialized record mailers with added corner protection and padding. We often add bubble wrap or filler to minimize movement and may ship large orders in multiple smaller boxes at no extra charge to prevent any damage in transit. Our priority is safe delivery – our packing methods have resulted in 99% of orders arriving dent-free and intact.
Despite our best efforts, please understand that minor sleeve or corner wear can occasionally occur during transit (see our Returns policy below regarding how we handle this for vinyl records).
Delivery Timeframes: All transit times listed above are estimates in business days, counted from the day of shipment. Delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control (weather delays, carrier volume, etc.), so they are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will provide you with a tracking number via email when your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
For orders to non-mainland US locations (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories), delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, depending on distance and transportation availability. We appreciate your patience for these deliveries.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide international shipping through Asendia e-PAQ Plus/Select , a trusted courier solution combining USPS for the U.S. portion and your country’s local postal service for final delivery. This service provides full door-to-door tracking for 55 countries from list below:

If the country you're shipping to doesn't support full tracking, the tracking updates will stop once it's handed to the foreign postal service at the border. But don't worry... on average, more than 90% of international shipments go to one of those 55 countries.
We do not ship to Syria, Venezuela, Iran, North Korea, Belarus, and Russia.
Due to the ongoing Russian war agains Ukraine, we do not ship Ukraine.
Transit Time: 7–21 business days, depending on your destination and local customs clearance.
Shipping Rates: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
Taxes and Duties: Import duties, VAT, or customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs. These are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. If you refuse delivery or fail to pay import charges and the parcel is returned or abandoned, we will not issue a refund.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine. We also cannot deliver to APO/FPO military addresses or PO Boxes via UPS services. If you need to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO, please choose a USPS shipping option (Media Mail or Ground Advantage), as USPS is able to deliver to those addresses. If a customer enters a non-deliverable address (e.g. a PO Box with UPS shipping chosen, or an invalid address), it may cause delays or the package to be returned to us. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to avoid issues.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us or lost, we cannot be held responsible. Any shipping fees for rerouting or reshipping due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility (fees for packages returned due to customer-address error are not refundable). If you realize you made an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@arclineusa.com – we will attempt to correct it before shipment if possible.
Shipping Insurance & Lost/Damaged Packages:
We fully insure all shipments(including international) against loss or damage in transit for your protection with the exception of USPS Media Mail shipments (see below). If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@arclineusa.com. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or file a damage/loss claim. We may ask for your cooperation during this process (for example, providing photos of the damage or signing an affidavit for a lost package). Please save all packaging materials and the damaged item until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require an inspection.
If the loss or damage is confirmed and the item is irreparable, we will offer you a replacement (if stock is available), full refund, or store credit - whichever you prefer. Our goal is to make it right and ensure you receive your order in excellent condition.
Important Note on USPS Media Mail:
While we offer USPS Media Mail as an affordable economy shipping option, it comes with important limitations. Media Mail shipments do not include insurance and provide limited tracking. Transit times can range from 5 to 10 business days, and in some cases, longer.
Due to these limitations, Arcline Store may not be able to offer replacements or refunds for packages lost or damaged when shipped via Media Mail.
If your order is time-sensitive or valuable, we strongly recommend choosing Standard (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground) or Express (UPS 2nd Day Air) shipping at checkout for added speed, tracking reliability, and built-in insurance.
Split Shipments: As a general rule, we ship orders complete in one shipment. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order/backorder items, please see the Preorder or Backorder Policy below for details on how those are handled (we usually wait to ship all items together once available).
However, if your order contains multiple in-stock items that for safety or weight reasons are better shipped in separate boxes, we may split that order into multiple packages. This will not affect your shipping cost – you will receive multiple tracking numbers, but you won’t be charged extra. Splitting shipments in such cases helps ensure each item is well-protected (for example, shipping two large record box sets in separate packages to prevent them from damaging each other).
Delivery Issues: Once an order is shipped, the delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or due to unforeseen events (weather, natural disasters, etc.). If you experience a significant delay or your tracking has not updated for many days, feel free to reach out to us – we can often reach out to the carrier to investigate or provide guidance (note that USPS sometimes does not update Media Mail tracking until delivery). We’re here to assist you in ensuring you receive your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes orders need to be changed or canceled. Below is our policy on order cancellations (this section refers to canceling a regular in-stock order before it ships; for pre-order cancellations, see the Preorder Policy):
- Before Shipment: You can cancel an order anytime before it ships directly from your account. No need to contact support. In most cases, you’ll receive a full refund. If your order has already been packed and is moments from dispatch, we may deduct a small restocking/processing fee (up to 10–15%) to cover non-refundable payment fees.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped (you’ve received a shipping confirmation or tracking number), we are unable to cancel it. At that point, you may treat it as a return (see the Returns Policy below) once the package arrives.
- Change of Mind: Please ensure you truly want the items in your cart before you finalize your order. Once an order is placed, it is a commitment from us to reserve and ship those items to you, and a commitment from you to purchase them. Deciding you no longer want the item, or finding it cheaper elsewhere after the fact, is not a valid reason for cancellation once the order is processing. We value your business and will assist with returns if needed, but we cannot routinely cancel paid orders last-minute without penalty, as this impacts our inventory and operations.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a package is shipped and the customer refuses delivery or returns to sender without prior authorization, this will be handled as a return. Any outbound and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund in such cases (unless it was due to an error on our part).
We appreciate your understanding of these policies, as they help us keep our operations efficient and our prices fair for all customers.
