Hildur Guðnadóttir's score for 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple is a dark, experimental film soundtrack built for dread. Written for Nia DaCosta's entry in the 28 Days Later series, the music leans into oppressive low-end weight and sparse tension rather than conventional orchestral horror cues.

Mutant presents the score on a single orange vinyl LP in partnership with Milan. The recording draws on bone instruments and a giant mammoth horn alongside a string quartet and bone flutes, spanning sixteen cues from Bare Bones through the title piece The Bone Temple.
