Every record ships brand new and sealed, packed in vinyl-specific mailers with corner protection and padding — a 98% safe-delivery rate. If anything arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

You can request a return within 30 days if the item is in its original condition — just log into your account and submit a return request. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items; for unwanted or incorrect orders, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

A pre-order reserves an item that’s still in production; the estimated ship window is shown on this page. Mixed orders (pre-order + in-stock) ship together once everything is ready. Dates are estimates because they depend on label and supplier timelines, which can shift.

Yes. We only list pre-orders for quantities already confirmed with the label, so every pre-order is guaranteed. The one exception is if the label cancels the release entirely — in that rare case you receive a full refund.

We charge your payment method when you place the order, even for pre-orders that ship later — this secures your reservation. If you cancel before it ships, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
