First Light returns on vinyl as a faithful, collector-focused reissue of Makoto Matsushita’s classic album. Known for his work in the fusion-funk group AB’s and for shaping countless studio and pop sessions, Matsushita’s guitar-led sound sits in that sweet spot between smooth city-side sophistication and tight, band-driven groove.

This edition keeps the spirit of the original intact while upgrading the presentation: the Kaoru Izima cover photography is reproduced to match the original vinyl release, and the audio has been newly remastered in 2025 with vinyl playback in mind. A three-panel fold-out booklet completes the package, making this reissue feel like an archival recreation rather than a simple repress.

What is a "pre-orders"?

When a product is labeled as "Pre-Order," it indicates that the item is currently in production and will be shipped at a later date.
