Lies of P: Overture turns back the clock on Neowiz's excellent soulslike, dropping players into the city of Krat before the brink of disaster. The prequel DLC expands the base game's setting and aesthetics, imagining a beautiful but haunting Belle Époque city teetering on the edge of ruin. The music explores a soundscape that, compared to its predecessor, is less lonely, more lively, but still ultimately baleful and evocative.
As you guide Geppetto's Puppet through unique spaces like a zoo and a carnival, you hear music from Round8 Studio unlike anything found in the base game. This two-disc CD set from iam8bit and Neowiz captures the entire Overture auditory journey, including songs like Nightmare, The Clear Blue Sky, and Lisrim, all mastered for an optimal stereo experience. Premium digipak packaging artwork by Dan Zollinger complements the late-19th-century inspirations that define the Lies of P series.
