We offer a range of UPS and USPS Express or Economy services for domestic orders, and Asendia (7–21 days) or DHL Express (3–5 days) for international shipping. All available options for your location will be shown at checkout.
Domestic orders typically arrive in 4–7 days with Economy USPS Media Mail. If you need your order faster, choose Standard options (3–5 days) or Express (2–3 days).
International shipping usually takes 7–21 business days (Budget Asendia) or 3–5 days with DHL Express.
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for order processing.
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer Asendia (7–21 business days, tracked for most countries) and DHL Express (3–5 business days, fully tracked). All available options and rates will be shown at checkout.
Possibly. At checkout, you’ll see DDP/DDU options: With DDU, you may need to pay duties/VAT upon delivery. With DDP, all charges are included in shipping cost.
Any additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility. If unpaid and the parcel is returned, a refund will not be issued.
All books are shipped brand new and sealed in their original jackets. We pack every order securely - with a 98% success rate of safe delivery.
Yes - returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is in original condition. Contact us to start the process. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items. For unwanted or incorrect you need to cover return cost.
A preorder means the item is still in production and will ship later. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page. If your order includes preorder items, the entire order ships once everything is in stock, within the listed timeframe.
We charge your payment method at the time you place the order, even if the item is a pre-order that ships at a later date. This upfront charge secures your reservation for the product. (Don’t worry – if you decide to cancel the pre-order before it ships, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.)
Yes - before your order ships, you can log into your account to edit, cancel, or update anything (items, address, shipping, etc.). Preorders can also be canceled anytime before shipment for a full refund.
Shipping dates come from labels and suppliers and may change due to production or shipping delays outside our control. We keep them as up to date as possible, but they are not guaranteed. If there is a delay, we will notify all preorder customers and offer options to update or cancel the order.
