Yes - returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is in original condition. Contact us to start the process. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items. For unwanted or incorrect you need to cover return cost.

A preorder means the item is still in production and will ship later. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page. If your order includes preorder items, the entire order ships once everything is in stock, within the listed timeframe.

We charge your payment method at the time you place the order, even if the item is a pre-order that ships at a later date. This upfront charge secures your reservation for the product.
