A pre-order reserves an item that’s still in production; the estimated ship window is shown on this page. Mixed orders (pre-order + in-stock) ship together once everything is ready. Dates are estimates because they depend on label and supplier timelines, which can shift.
Yes. We only list pre-orders for quantities already confirmed with the label, so every pre-order is guaranteed. The one exception is if the label cancels the release entirely — in that rare case you receive a full refund.
We charge your payment method when you place the order, even for pre-orders that ship later — this secures your reservation. If you cancel before it ships, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
