Whiplash is jazz as pressure-cooker cinema - tight, percussive, and relentlessly propulsive. Justin Hurwitz’s music and Tim Simonec’s arrangements capture the film’s central obsession: precision at any cost. You get blistering big-band drive (“Whiplash,” “Caravan”), rehearsal-room tension, and quieter moments that kick you hard because the air is so charged. On vinyl, the punch of the drums and the bite of the brass feel especially alive - this is one of those soundtracks that perfect as stand alone music record, but feels even deeper once you’ve seen the film.

What our customers say
Good but
While I want to purchase this due to the significance cyberpunk let alone edge runners has had on my life… it’s missing one single song. The one song most associated with Edgerunners not only for me but for nearly everyone who has watched the show… I Really Want To Stay At Your House. My only and only critique is this and I hope the vinyl gets updates because I really do want to purchase this.
I don’t know what black magic they pulled to to get a limited edition vinyl that did not have any recent restocks. It also arrived 4 days earlier than they said. Incredible company
Really satisfied, even tho the record got delayed,my 3 record play super fine with basically no pop,the art work is amazing!
Excellent 👍😊
I liked that it came in good condition and especially that it arrived earlier than expected
Fastest Shipping ive ever had, less than 24 hour shipping confirmation and 2-3 days total shipping. Product in amazing quality
Amazing!
I ordered this as a birthday gift for my brother, who’s a huge Plants vs. Zombies fan, and I'm sure he'll love it! It came securely packaged and even arrived on a rainy day with everything inside safe and dry. The only confusing part was that there was a letter for a leadership seminar included inside. I’m assuming it was just packed by mistake (included a picture). No big deal though, since what I ordered was perfect! 10/10 would order from here again!
