    Cover damaged

    The cover for the vinyls came in damaged with the top coming off. The vinyls all work as intended but the art coming off is unfortunate.

    Thank you for your honest feedback - and we’re truly sorry your vinyl arrived with a damaged cover. That’s not the experience we want for our customers.

    We take extra care by shipping all products in their original shrink wrap, which many collectors prefer. And during shipping process we inspecting each units to see if there any visible damage. We also use sturdy vinyl mailers to minimize shifting during transit. However, we've received a few reports - particularly with the Halo 2 and Halo 3 sets - that the wide-spined outer sleeve itself may be prone to stress under tight wrap, potentially leading to such damage.

    We want to make this right. Please reach out to our support team - we’d be happy to offer you a refund or store credit to help replace the damaged cover as a gesture of goodwill. We're committed to helping you and all fellow collectors get the quality they expect.
