Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for order processing. Domestic orders typically arrive in 4–7 days with Economy USPS Media Mail. If you need your order faster, choose Standard options (3–5 days) or Express (2–3 days).

Every record ships brand new and sealed, packed in vinyl-specific mailers with corner protection and padding — a 98% safe-delivery rate. If anything arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

You can request a return within 30 days if the item is in its original condition — just log into your account and submit a return request. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items; for unwanted or incorrect orders, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Yes — every release we sell is officially licensed, and the artists and rights holders are paid for their work. We’re strictly against bootlegs and unauthorized pressings, and we enforce an anti-scalping policy so genuine fans can buy at fair prices.

A pre-order reserves an item that’s still in production; the estimated ship window is shown on this page. Mixed orders (pre-order + in-stock) ship together once everything is ready. Dates are estimates because they depend on label and supplier timelines, which can shift.

Yes. We only list pre-orders for quantities already confirmed with the label, so every pre-order is guaranteed. The one exception is if the label cancels the release entirely — in that rare case you receive a full refund.

We charge your payment method when you place the order, even for pre-orders that ship later — this secures your reservation. If you cancel before it ships, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
